My main goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere in which the student can proceed at his/her own pace while learning to play guitar, bass or drums. Whether one is looking to perform, do studio work, audition, be a songwriter or just wants to learn to play a few songs for their own enjoyment, Im able to create an effective custom program to teach them.

Where do you teach?
I have a studio on East 81st Street and at my home in Highlands, New Jersey.
Albert Mongillo graduated with honors from Fredonia University in 1986 ,
earning a B.A. in Music Performance for Classical Guitar.
His twenty year music performance career included classical performances and later performing and recording with original rock bands in NYC area. He then decided to build a home studio where he recorded and released his first CD. He is currently recording his second and continues to teach.
